You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. mvpph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify mvpph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Account verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. mvpph may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR guidelines and is designed to protect players and prevent fraud.
mvpph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱):
All deposits are credited to your mvpph account balance in Philippine Pesos. mvpph does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Funds deposited into your mvpph account are held for gaming purposes only. mvpph does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance, after prior notice has been sent to your registered email address.
All bets placed on mvpph are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are available within the relevant game or betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or betting market.
For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, FIFA). In the event that an official result is not available, mvpph reserves the right to delay settlement until an official result is confirmed.
mvpph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mvpph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:
mvpph employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. Any funds identified as being connected to prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation.

mvpph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mvpph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mvpph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
mvpph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the mvpph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
mvpph is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your data during transmission and storage. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data held by mvpph, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.
mvpph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account, any pending bets that were placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no funds are subject to a freeze or investigation.
You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting mvpph support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mvpph platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting mvpph's customer support team. mvpph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
mvpph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by email to their registered email address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the mvpph platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the mvpph platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
